JACK DOSSEY III
Jack Dossey III is a Co-Founder of the Ashlea Albertson Legacy Foundation and has been part of the story from the very beginning. Jack and Kelsey have been together since high school, around the same time Kelsey and Ashlea first became best friends. As their friendship grew, it quickly became one shared between the three of them. From that point on, they spent countless nights together at the racetrack, traveling to races and building a bond that felt more like family than friendship.
As drivers, Jack and Ashlea shared a unique connection through racing. Ashlea always called Jack “Bub,” and they truly acted like brother and sister. They pushed each other, supported each other, and understood the ups and downs that come with chasing the sport they loved. When Jack made the transition from asphalt racing to dirt, Ashlea played a huge role in helping him through that change—offering advice, encouragement, and the kind of support that only another driver could give.
Today, Jack continues racing while helping lead the foundation alongside Kelsey. Being part of the Ashlea Albertson Legacy Foundation means carrying forward the same support Ashlea once gave him. His goal is to help the next generation of racers—especially young girls in motorsports—find the encouragement, guidance, and opportunities they need to chase their own dreams in racing, just like Ashlea always wanted
