Emilea Albertson, Ashlea’s younger sister, grew up side by side with Ashlea in the racing world. From a young age, the two spent their weekends at the racetrack racing quarter midgets, surrounded by family, competition, and the excitement that comes with motorsports. Those early years at the track created memories and a bond between the sisters that would last a lifetime.

Like many younger sisters, Emilea always looked up to Ashlea—not only as a racer, but as a person. Whether it was at the racetrack or in everyday life, Ashlea was someone Emilea admired deeply and learned from in many ways. Their relationship was filled with the kind of moments only sisters understand—growing up together, sharing experiences, and always having each other’s back.

Today, Emilea carries that inspiration with her and is proud to be part of the Ashlea Albertson Legacy Foundation. Being involved with the foundation allows her to help keep Ashlea’s spirit alive while continuing the message Ashlea believed in—encouraging young girls to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams, especially in the world of motorsports. For Emilea, the foundation is a meaningful way to honor her sister while helping inspire others just like Ashlea inspired her.

Outside of the foundation, Emilea is stepping into an exciting new chapter in her own life. She is beginning her career in cosmetology, working toward building a future doing something she is passionate about. She is also preparing for another major milestone, as she is engaged and planning to be married later in 2026.

At the center of everything for Emilea is her love for her family and the people closest to her. Through every step forward, Emilea continues to carry Ashlea’s memory with her, determined to help keep her legacy alive and use it as a source of inspiration for others.
